How to Apply
Upon completing the application, you will receive a confirmation email of your submission.
Afterwards, the WAIFUCON™ team will review applications on an on-going basis throughout the open window period (February 14th, 2025 to June 30th, 2025) with full notification issued to all by July 31st, 2025.
We appreciate your patience as we personally review and jury each application. After submitting your application, be on the lookout for an email from team Waifucon for a status update.
-Weekend entry to general convention space.
-Skip line for main entrances into the building.
*Note: this benefit does NOT apply to programming areas such as the mainstage, panel rooms, etc.
-Access to loading docks during load-in/out days & times.
